The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has called on the State Prosecutor's Office to interview the Prime Minister, Albin Kurti and the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, regarding the disappearance of the samples of the activist, Astrit Dehari, which happened in December of last year. This after the statements of the MP of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Haki Abazi, regarding the Dehari case.

In a press conference, this party stated that it has not yet been decided whether they will send the Draft Law for the State Bureau for Confiscation and Verification of Unjustified Assets to the Constitutional Court, although they had warned of such a thing.

The coordinator of the Department of Justice in PDK, Parparim Gruda, said that the Dehari case should not continue to be misused politically.
