Palmer says Western Balkan leaders need to be more concrete in achieving their goals
The US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer, during his speech at the "Prespa Forum" said that the leaders of the region should be more concrete in achieving economic and political objectives. He underlined that he supports the EU initiatives to support the region, expressing the disappointment that Albania and Northern Macedonia could not start negotiations with the union.
"They must take measures, they must put pressure to realize and resolve political issues at home and abroad to strengthen their democracies," said Palmer, Euronews Albania report.
