US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer and EU Envoy for Dialogue with Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak are meetimg with the Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani. They were received at the entrance of the presidency building by the chief of staff of the head of state. In the joint meeting, the two emissaries are expected to talk to Osmani about the dialogue with Serbia.
