Lawyer Dastid Pallaska, who is part of the defense team of former President Hashim Thaçi in The Hague, says that he is being held in custody on suspicion that they may influence the development of proceedings, although so far, no concrete evidence has been provided to justify this this doubt. According to him, the Special Court, established by Kosovo itself, does not trust state institutions. In an interview for KosovaPress, Pallaska says that the trial against Thaçi and others is expected to begin at the end of this year, but this period still remains only a forecast.
