About 15,530 people in the first round of elections had the right to vote by mail from the diaspora. Whereas in the second round these elections are held in a certain number of municipalities and as a result the number of emigrants with the right to vote will be smaller, a total of 10 thousand 220 voters. This was announced for KosovaPress by the spokesperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Valmir Elezi, who said that for each municipality that will have a second round of elections, there is a list of citizens who are registered as voters outside Kosovo from the date of application July 10 to August 18.
