The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has announced that she has withdrawn her request submitted to the Constitutional Court on July 22, 2025, regarding the legal consequences of the failure to constitute the Assembly of Kosovo.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, she stated that she made this decision because the reporting judge assigned to her case is Radomir Laban.

The head of state said that he poses a threat to the national security of Kosovo.
