The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has traveled to Japan, where along with many other world leaders she will be present at the opening of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. She will also, in the coming days, hold a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of the Japanese state. Kosovo will be represented by 11 athletes at the Tokyo Olympics, while President Osmani will give them support. During her stay in Tokyo, President Osmani along with other world leaders will be received by Emperor Naruhito. As part of bilateral meetings, Ms. Osmani will meet with the Prime Minister of Japan, Yoshihide Suga, Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, representatives of economic and trade organizations and other state representatives.
