Osmani: The state of Kosovo rests on the shoulders of our heroes
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, said that Adem Jashari and his entire family fell on the altar of freedom, becoming the permanent guardian of Kosovo. She emphasized that March is the month engraved in the archives of the nation's struggle for freedom. This is what she said at the solemn session in honor of the 26th anniversary of the KLA Epopee.
The head of state emphasized that the KLA Epopee determined the fate of the people of Kosovo, as she emphasized that it was an epopee of dignity, pride and freedom.
The threshold of the Jashari family's house, Osmani added, symbolized Kosovo itself. She said that in the face of tyranny and injustice, Adem Jashari personifies courage and unwavering commitment to freedom.
Osmani added that the houses of the Jashari family are full of life, while she added that the strengthening of the state and protecting the life of every citizen should continue.
