The Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, Vjosa Osmani, says that the European Union has not yet fulfilled its promise to grant the people of Kosovo visa liberalization. Osmani emphasizes that the EU must keep its promise, as according to her 2 million Kosovars are cut off from the rest of Europe.
