The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani wanted to explain herself regarding her statements on the creation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, during the annual speech in the Assembly before the MPs and citizens.

"When I proposed that the draft of the Association be discussed with the USA, so that this is not left in the hands of Lajcak and others who do not believe in the independence of Kosovo, this did not mean that I wanted the establishment of the Association.
