After the explosions in the north of Kosovo, the president of the country, Vjosa Osmani, said that the situation there escalates every time because of the criminal gangs supported by the Serbian president, which, according to her, aim to destabilize Kosovo.

She spoke after the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tirana, where she said that in the coming days the institutions in Kosovo will meet for the new version of the Franco-German plan, adding that the next meeting can be scheduled in Brussels very soon, in in order to discuss this plan.
