The President Vjosa Osmani, in the course of the meetings with world leaders, on the fringes of the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session in New York, met the President of Costa Rica, Carlos Alvarado Quesada, whom she thanked for being among the first countries to recognize Kosovo's independence.
