Speaker, Vjosa Osmani, has repeated that the country needs a legal basis to fight the pandemic, while urging MPs not to become the reason for this virus not to be fought by law. The Speaker of the Assembly also said that there is nothing political in the assessment of the Constitutional Court contrary to what Deputy Prime Minister Driton Selmanaj is saying.
