President Vjosa Osmani Sadriu has participated in the opening ceremony of the Forum along with various world leaders, where the treatment of contemporary challenges is being discussed, seeking innovative solutions. At the beginning of the ceremony, Osmani was received by the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani and the Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani. The forum was opened by the Emir of Qatar, and continued with a virtual address by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.  The Doha 2022 Forum is being held under the slogan "Transformation for a New Era" and has gathered world leaders, policymakers, researchers and civil society representatives to discuss the steps forward following the pandemic-induced developments in all aspects of life and development of recent geopolitical issues, including the war in Ukraine. In addition to activities at the Doha Forum, President Osmani met with our compatriots who work and in Qatar.
