Osmani in Budapest: I do not see Trump's election as a threat to Kosovo
President Vjosa Osmani, in her speech at the Summit of the European Political Community in Budapest, stated that Kosovo has had the support of every US administration since the beginning of the 90s and believes that this support will continue with President Donald Trump's administration.
Osmani said that Kosovo will contribute to the strengthening of Euro-Atlantic relations, as such a thing is in the interest of security and world peace.
Speaking about the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels, Osmani added that discussions are continuing between the chief negotiators on how to implement the agreements reached, as she called for the continuation of support for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, regarding the victory of Republican Donald Trump, the president of Kosovo has emphasized that she does not see him as a threat.
The President emphasized that it is an opportunity to improve our relations and to have a strong role of the United States in matters related to peace, stability, security and prosperity in the Western Balkans.
The European Political Community was founded on the principle of the equal position of all members, all countries within the European continent, with the aim of not only discussing, but also finding solutions to common challenges. /A. Shala/
