Osmani calls the "Open Balkan" initiative dangerous, announces applications to international organizations
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has called dangerous the initiative of the "Open Balkan" in the Balkan region. The head of the state, during her stay in Germany, discussing the future of Kosovo in the Foreign Policy Network (DGAP) announced Kosovo's applications to international organizations. While she said that Kosovo is constructive in the dialogue with Serbia, but refuse to discuss territorial integrity, status of Kosovo and the third layer of government, such as the association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
President Osmani said that the "Open Balkan" initiative is trying to replace the Berlin Process, which, according to her, delays European integration and should not happen.
