The president of the country, Vjosa Osmani, has declared that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is the continuation of the old mentality of the 90s. According to her, the dialogue led by the European Union and supported by the USA is the only way to a final agreement with Serbia.
This is what she declared, as she arrived
for the EU-Western Balkans Summit, which is being held in Tirana. The head of
state emphasized that this summit is not a place for dialogue or negotiations
between Kosovo and Serbia.
In
front of the journalists, she added that the European Union must move from
words to deeds.
Osmani called the summit being held in the Albanian capital a very important initiative for the Western Balkans and for the European Union.
