OSCE Chairperson-in-Office: There are positive effects on the Prishtina-Belgrade dialogue

The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, also Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Ann Linde, is currently in Kosovo. At a press conference, she said that the purpose of her visit is to empower women, peace, and security in the country, she also welcomed the adoption of the Istanbul Convention in Kosovo.

Although Kosovo is not a member of the OSCE, the Swedish chief diplomat considers that there is a good cooperation between Kosovo and the OSCE. Meanwhile, she said there are positive effects on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, but the parties must be constructive to address long-term problems.
