One year without a director, the Hoti government retreats from election of a new customs director

The selection of the new director of Kosovo Customs is postponed again, and thus this important institution for filling the state budget, continues to be led for a year now by an acting director, initially by Ibrahim Xhaka and currently by Bajram Rexha. The appointment of the new director of Customs has been left in the hands of the new Government, namely the new Minister of Finance, reports KosovaPress. Although for the process of the director of customs, the competition and recruitment for the shortlist was processed by the Ministry of Finance headed until a few days ago by the former Minister Hykmete Bajrami, the recommendation of the company engaged by the British Embassy that provides support to Kosovo institutions in the process of recruiting senior positions, this selection has been postponed until the arrival of the new Government.
