The Basic Court in Prizren has assigned one month detention to Sh.B. on suspicion of raping a 13-year-old girl at noon on March 7.

According to a press release of the Basic Court in Prizren, it is stated that “On March 7 at noon, the defendant Sh.B., after taking the injured party in his car - the 13-year-old child, the defendant Sh.B. touched the injured party in different parts of the body while the injured party was sitting in the first passenger seat, and at one point during the movement the car is stopped by the Police patrol, where the defendant is accompanied to the Police. Whether these facts will be argued will be assessed in the further stages of the criminal proceedings".
