One month detention for the defendant suspected of joining ISIS
The Basic Court in Prishtina has decided on the request of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, to impose detention on remand against the defendant H.S suspected of the criminal offense of Joining or participating in foreign army or police, in external paramilitary formations or paramilitary organizations in groups or individually outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, sanctioned by the Law on the prohibition of joining armed conflicts outside the territory of the country.
According to the Court, the request of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo for the imposition of detention on remand against the defendant H.S. has been approved by the pre-trial judge as grounded and has been remanded in custody for a period of one month.
