The Basic Court in Prizren has remanded a juvenile in custody on suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of "minor bodily injury" and "unauthorized possession, control or possession of a weapon". In a press release it is announced that the judge of the procedure, Shpresa Emra, has imposed a detention measure for a period of 30 days, which will be calculated from the time of arrest 12.02.2022 and may last until 14.03.2022, to 15-year-old juvenile D.M. This is due to the suspicion based on the fact that he has committed the criminal offenses of Minor Bodily Injury from Article 185 par. 2 related to par. 1 under par. 1.4, and unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons under Article 366 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo ", it is stated in the communiqué.
