On Monday, the Assembly of Kosovo reviews the draft budget for 2025
The Assembly of Kosovo is expected on Monday (November 11) to review in principle the draft law on budget allocations for the budget of Kosovo for 2025. The Assembly has announced that the plenary session with the only item on the agenda for the draft budget 2025 starts at 10:00.
The Government of Kosovo approved a few days ago the draft budget for 2025, which amounts to 3.6 billion euros.
The executive has announced that public sector workers will receive a 55 euro salary increase in January next year and another 55 euro in July 2025.
At the Government meeting held on October 30, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that in addition to salaries, the budget has also been increased for child allowances; 100 million euros have been added to cover the 20 percent increase in pensions.
