On March 30, the third conference in the case against Gucati and Haradinaj will be held
The third conference on the progress of the case against the leaders of the OVL-KLA Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj will be held on March 30, at 15:00, the Special Court in The Hague announced today.
The indictment against the chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organization, Hysni Gucati, and the deputy chairman, Nasim Haradinaj, was confirmed on December 14, 2020. It is based on suspicion that between 7 and 25 September, 2020, Gucati and Haradinaj revealed, without authorization, information protected under the law of the Specialist Chambers, including the identifying details of certain (potential) witnesses, in three press conferences and other broadcast activities, hindering the work of this court.
