Organizations emerged from the KLA war and the Association of Former Political Prisoners of Kosovo have spoken out against the Special Court based in the Hague, and requested from the Assembly of Kosovo to change the law on the special court, because all crimes and genocide committed by Serbia in Kosovo must be judged.

At the meeting held on June 30, it was said that the publication of the unconfirmed indictment against President Hashim Thaçi and PDK chairman, Kadri Veseli, and the moment when this was made public, shows that the Special Court is politically influenced, which makes the whole process illegal.
