The judging panel in the case against Salih Mustafa in The Hague has set December 16 as the day for announcing the verdict. This is what the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo announced on the court's official website.

"Today, on December 6, 2022, the Trial Panel scheduled the announcement of the judgment in the case against Salih Mustafa on December 16, 2022 at 09:00h", the announcement states.

The defense of Salih Mustafa requested that he be declared not guilty of all the charges brought against him by the prosecution, while the latter asked the jury to sentence Salih Mustafa to 35 years in prison.

The defence of the victims has asked the court to order Mustafa to pay compensation individually to the victims who are claimed to be in this case.
