The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has said that the dialogue with Serbia should be a dialogue for legally binding agreements, for full normalization and with mutual recognition at the center. He said that he is interested in dialogue in Brussels, but it also depends on Serbia if there will be an agreement. The Prime Minister emphasized that reciprocity is a healthy and normal principle of good neighborly relations.
