Tomorrow, all educational institutions in the country will not work after the Teachers Union has decided to join the protest called by the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo. According to the Union, teachers from all over the country will gather in Pristina to be part of the protest. "After a constructive debate, it has been reconfirmed that the protest called on May 20 by the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo based on the voice of the membership will be massively attended by employees of the education sector. Based on this, the participants in the extraordinary meeting of the Teachers Union have made a decision that on Friday the schools will not work because the educational workers will leave their settlements in time to become part of the protest", it is said in the announcement of the Union. The Teachers Union regrets the situation but says that it is a consequence of the lack of readiness of the Government for dialogue and commitment in resolving the demands, which they call legitimate.
