The plenary session has started, while the review in the first reading of the Draft Law on Protection of KLA War Values was expected, but this item of the agenda was exceeded as there was no quorum.

This draft law has met with great criticism from the international community, as according to them it restricts freedom of expression, while various parties in the country have opposed it.
