The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK) has clarified the reports on the death of a 19-year-old girl from Mitrovica, for whom it was said to have died of COVID-19 and that such a thing was denied by the brother of the deceased.

Through a statement, the NIPHK said that 19-year-old Nazlije Sherifi has been infected with SARS CoV2.
