The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, is participating in the two-day conference for mother tongue teachers "Mother tongue, bilingualism and integration" in Malmö, Sweden. According to the announcement of MEST, this conference aims to keep alive the educational spirit of mother tongue teachers and is organized by the Association of Albanian Associations "Iliria" in Sweden in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Association of Albanian Teachers "Naim Frashëri" in Sweden. In this conference where the topic of discussion is the expansion of knowledge on teaching and the relationship between students-parents-teachers, as well as between Albanian-Swedish and any other language, Minister Nagavci stressed the importance of joint commitment to learning in Albanian for our children, no matter where they grow and operate. After emphasizing the importance of preserving the Albanian language and culture, Minister Nagavci thanked the teachers of Albanian language teaching in Sweden, but also in other countries, for the commitment and determination to advance the teaching and learning of the Albanian language for Albanian children.
