Salih Mustafa's defense has started presenting the opening statement before the trial panel at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague. In the first part, lawyer Julius Von Bone spoke about the just war of the Kosovo Liberation Army and on the other hand, about the crimes committed by Serbia against Albanian civilians in Kosovo during the last war.
