Salih Mustafa's lawyer has told the trial panel in The Hague that his client is innocent of all the charges against him by the Special Prosecutor's Office. The defense of the former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) has said that the prosecution has failed to present evidence that Mustafa committed the crimes he is accused of. He also stated that the SPO had failed to investigate any of the alleged accomplices mentioned in the indictment. Attorney Julius Von Bone has stated that they are convinced that Salih Mustafa is innocent and that they will present evidence before the court.
