The Russian dictator, Vladimir Putin, told to the media controlled by himself, that Russia has created a special force, which consists of law enforcement officers to intervene in Belarus if necessary.

In an interview he gave for the TV channel Russia 1, Putin said that the force was created “at the request of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, to use it against extremist elements, in order to protect the properties from damage and theft".
