The Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, has made public some statistics of the Trust, where according to the annual report, the number of active accounts in 2023 that have paid contributions was 442,383.

Murati wrote on Facebook that the opposition is usually heard to dispute the figures of TAK and KAS, claiming that they are not correct, and that the number of active accounts in the Trust is the best indicator.

"Without entering into discussions about which indicator is more accurate, here are the numbers of the Trust, which once again deny the opposition. P.S. In the years 2019 and 2021 there were elections, therefore the numbers of active accounts in the Trust may be more inflated in these two years since there is a significant number of observers and commissioners who are reported as active accounts", he wrote.
