With 73 votes in favor and none against, the MPs voted in principle to amend the Law on Disciplinary Responsibilities of Judges and Prosecutors. The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu said that with this amendment of this law, the shortcomings and problems that have been encountered in practice for the discipline of judges and prosecutors are avoided. This amendment to the Law on Disciplinary Responsibilities of Judges and Prosecutors has also been supported by opposition parliamentary groups.
