Journalist and analyst from Montenegro, Ljubomir Filipoviq, says that at a time when global security is at risk, Kosovo is in a frozen conflict and is endangered by Serbian-Russian propaganda. He told KosovaPress that as long as the European Union has a soft approach towards Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Kosovo will remain in the status quo. Meanwhile, he criticized the Albanian Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazoviq, for his connections with Russia.

Even though he says that when it comes to the parts where Albanians live, it is more difficult for Serbian-Russian propaganda to spread, according to Filipoviq, the Balkans can serve as a suitable ground for the spread of Russian and Serbian disinformation, including Kosovo.
