Earlier this week, Kosovo applied to the World Alliance GAVI-COVAX to secure the vaccine against COVID-19, but the Ministry of Health still does not know when the first vaccines will arrive to start vaccinating the population. But they say that efforts are being made so that in the first months of 2021 these vaccines arrive in Kosovo. The Kosovo Patients' Association demands that anti-COVID vaccines arrive in Kosovo as soon as possible. The spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Faik Hoti, said KosovaPress that it is already certain that during this year the vaccination against this pandemic will not start. As for when the vaccine will be available to the population and when the vaccination process against COVID-19 will begin, Hoti stated that it depends on the World Vaccination Alliance.
