The Ministry of Local Government Administration has held a public discussion on the draft national strategy and action plan for the management and control of dogs with and without owners 2022-2028, which aims to reduce the number of stray dogs, to prevent the abandonment of dogs by their owners as well as prevents the sale of dogs in an uncontrolled manner.
