The incumbent Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Vlora Dumoshi, was part of the first virtual summit of the youth from Kosovo, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro and Presheva, which was organized by the LDA Balkan in cooperation with Balkan Network for Citizenship Education, which convened the Balkan countries in a formation which was held last night.
