The PDK chairman, Memli Krasniqi, said that they have won in five municipalities without a runoff.

"Based on the data from the field and the results of the CEC, PDK has won without runoff in Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Skenderaj, Kaçanik and Han i Elezit. And with the trust of the citizens, in November we will win Prizren, Drenas, Vushtrri, Shtime, Dragash, Malisheva and Klina", said Krasniqi.
