The Minister of Defense Armend Mehaj received the Commander of the Iowa National Guard from the United States of America, Major General, Ben Corell. In today's meeting, Minister Mehaj informed General Corell on the developments in the Ministry of Defense, for the objectives that he has set as a minister for both the Minister and the KSF. Minister Mehaj praised the close cooperation so far between the Iowa National Guard and the KSF, with special emphasis on the first peacekeeping mission abroad of the KSF alongside the Iowa National Guard in Kuwait. Also, on this occasion they talked about the development agenda of the exercise "Defender Europe -21", the importance of the participation of the KSF and the importance of Kosovo's participation as a state.
