MEE signs an agreement with the Japanese government worth nearly 3 million euros

The Ministry of Economy and Environment (MEE) and the Japanese JICA have signed the Agreement for the implementation of the Project for technical cooperation with 4 municipalities, in order to improve waste management. The agreement, which is 2.8m euros, was signed by Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Environment Fatos Qerimi and JICA Deputy Representative for the Balkans Hibio Takashi. At the ceremony was the acting Minister of MEE, Muharrem Nitaj, where he said that Japan is among the countries that are strategic friends of Kosovo, while giving details about the agreement signed today.
