The Ministry of Economic Development has announced that the world situation with the energy crisis that has also affected the region, all responsible institutions are working intensively and in coordination for the security of electricity supply. According to the MED, thanks to this work and the cooperation between Kosovo and Albania, namely the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) and the Albanian Electricity Corporation (KESH), it was possible to avoid power outages from 14:00 and to continue the regular supply of electrical energy. "Institutions will continue to make maximum efforts to maintain regular electricity supply during the coming days. However, considering the situation, all citizens and businesses are requested to take saving measures and be as careful as possible in the use of electricity. The cooperation with Albania will be followed by other measures to address the energy crisis and the state of emergency we are in," the announcement states.
