The placement of stickers that started in March, has affected the decline in the number of unregistered and uninsured vehicles in Kosovo. This was said today at a roundtable organized by the Kosovo Insurance Bureau (KIB) on the topic "Unregistered and uninsured vehicles as a challenge for membership in the Green Card system". Deputy Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Hysen Durmishi said that the Government has taken seriously the resolution of the Green Card issue. The Executive Director of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau, Sami Mazreku, said that unregistered vehicles are not a challenge only for Kosovo. He announced that on July 28 in Brussels they are invited to discuss the Green Card, to present a pre-confirmation of a friendly state.
