Vetëvendosje MP, Liburn Aliu criticized the issuance of long-term licenses for the production of electricity to the company "Kelkos Energy" for HPP "Deçani" and HPP "Belaja".

During the interpellation where the Minister of Economy and Environment, Blerim Kuçi reported to the MPs, Aliu said that for only a little electricity, the rivers have been and are still being destroyed.
