The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, spoke about the last dialogue meetings held in Brussels on Tuesday. He said that after 11 hours of difficult talks yesterday, they are close to reaching an agreement on several issues. " After 11 hours of intense negotiations yesterday, we are close to reaching an agreement on some documents. But as so often, the last step is the most difficult one. The work continues", Lajçak wrote on Twitter.
