This Tuesday, a new round of talks between Kosovo and Serbia will start in Brussels. The meeting will be at the expert level. The Special Representative of the European Union in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, while speaking about the meeting that will take place today, said that there are many urgent issues to be discussed.
