The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak expressed surprise at why the statement of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi that Kosovo and Serbia have agreed to open state archives was discussed in Kosovo. Lajcak said that Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi said that there were no KLA archives, but only a state archive and that his statement was misinterpreted.
