The EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has expressed optimism that the dialogue with Serbia will end under the mandate of the next government.

After meeting with acting president Vjosa Osmani, Lajcak said he had received clear messages from the winners of the February 14th elections that the dialogue will continue.
